3. Duties and Responsibilities3.1 Responsible in Hiring of Personnel.3.2 Responsible in implementation of company rules as stated in the company Code of Conduct.3.3 Responsible in implementation of disciplinary action to erring employees when necessary.3.4 Responsible in job competency assessment of personnel to determine the skills and knowledge needed to improve their efficiency and productivity.3.5 Responsible in conducting performance evaluation of personnel every last quarter of the year.3.6 Responsible in handling of different HRD documents and forms. 3.7 Attends to the different job related concerns of employees.3.8 Responsible in maintenance and updating of personnel 201 file (includes encoding, filing of different HRD forms such as contracts, memorandum, leave form, etc.)3.9 Updating of masterlist of manpower (includes encoding of new employee, updating of rate adjustment, updating of current site location of employee) .3.10 Responsible in checking and updating of leave benefits of employee.3.11 Making of summary of employee for renewal of contracts.3.12 Making of memorandum when necessary. 3.13 Responsible in resignation / termination process for exiting personnel.
