I am a public health professional with over 13 years of experience.With a robust employment history, I have successfully managed and been involved in programs/projects of varying scales in both for-profit and non-profit environments, including those funded by PEPFAR (CDC and USAID), the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative, the Global Fund, and the World Bank.I am currently an Associate Professor of Practice at Simmons University (formerly Simmons college), a role that allows to continue to engage in practice-based work, and infuse them into my public health teaching. We developed capacity appraisal tools (Focus Group Discussion guides, Key Informant Interview guides and evaluation sheets), conducted FGDs with beneficiaries at IDP camps and vendors supported by Action Against Hunger (ACF), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), ZOA, Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Premiere Urgente Internationale (PUI). We also conducted Key Informant Interviews with key staff of the aforementioned NGOs and their funding agencies. We collated and analysed qualitative and quantitative data, then generated technical report as well as lessons learned documentation as per the evaluation findings.
