My Responsibilities & Accountabilities are to:* Establishes new contacts with potential clients, performs sales, manages client’s portfolio, and keeps relationship with new and existing clients.* Identifies prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from clients, attending trade shows and conferences. * Keeps track of targets achieved and when necessary pushes sales to achieve targets through cross selling and up selling activities.* Prepares offers for clients in cooperation with all relevant departments based on internal terms and conditions and procedures in place.* Presents, negotiates, and signs the contract with the clients within the area of given authorization.* Records all sales in system, checks stock levels, and re-orders merchandise as necessary or appropriate for customers, and in accordance with the IPKO policies and procedures in place.* Makes sure clients are getting invoices and collects payments/debts on time.* Keeps organized files of customers based on internal procedures.* Updates the existing companies databases and keep the follow-up of payments.* Gives feedback/proposals to other departments for future activities of the company.* Performs any/all other tasks assigned by the manager within area of responsibility.* Proposes new ways and strategies to increase IPKO client’s portfolio* Identify potential risks associated with the business customer churn and propose alternative ways to keep the stable business customer portfolio.

* Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for the new-and-used sales departments.* Meeting with vehicle sales managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.* Hiring and monitoring the performance of the department managers, holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training.* Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized.* Coordinating the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly.* Meeting monthly with the dealership’s general manager to review forecasts and profits for each department.* Working directly with the general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions and compensation plans.* Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.* Auditing all appraisals of trade-in vehicles.* Issuing all demonstration vehicles and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintained.

* Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services* Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures* Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents* Prepare batches of invoices for data entry* Data enter invoices for payment* Process backup reports after data entry* Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable* Establish and maintain confidential casual employee files* Calculate salaries and benefits* Verify pay amounts, hours of work, deductions, etc.
