EMG team member and responsible for purchase of scrap for two casthouses and total responsibility for the purchase of all alloying products for the group.-Main scrap buyer for Sjunnen (SWE) cast-house / Scrap-buyer for Feltre (ITA) cast-house plant•Purchase scrap for Sjunnen in line with production plan tonnage 8 K per annum and 12 M € value.•Purchase scrap for Sjunnen in line with production plan tonnage 6 K per annum and 9 M € value.•Improve reliability and planning of scrap deliveries and accurate inventory max 1,3 K ton inventory target.•Responsible for quality claim settlements, audits x2.•Organizing supplier-meetings at site.•Introduce new potential supplier.•Visiting in regular basis all Sjunnen scrap-suppliers.•Organize BI regular meetings review metal management/ supplier performance (every 6-8 weeks).•Increase number of suppliers for Sjunnen.•Vendor-rate top 10 scrap suppliers once per year.•Ensure all data are on time for weekly and monthly basis group monthly reports to be done on time.-Group hardeners and master alloys buyer for all HES cast-houses•Purchasing all hardeners according sites needs for all HES cast-houses volumes and spend approximately.•Purchasing over 11 different product groups with tonnage 4 K per annum and 10 M € value.•Organizing twice a year tenders (H1 & H2) for purchasing hardeners/ master-alloys. as well as spot-deals, if requested.•Responsible for quality claim settlements.•Visiting in regular basis current and new suppliers.•Vendor-rate top 10 hardeners/ master alloy suppliers once a year.Skills•Very good networking skills, like communication, active listening, negotiating and social skills.•Clear understanding of local, European and global market.•Clear understanding of scrap prices, London Metal Exchange, QP fixation, hedging and premiums. •Understanding of different types of furnaces/ methods in melting and costs in remelting.•Advanced Excel/ Modelling Skills to help develop and then maintain improved metal managements database.•Working in an environment with people of different backgrounds, races and nationalities.•Always willing to learn new skills or techniques•Very good planning and organization skills- ability to organize, plan and implement projects and tasks within an allotted time-frame.Languages•English: fluent. •German: native.•Bosnian/ Croation/ Serbian: native.•Italian: beginner.-visiting/ representing company on conventions and trade exhibition, e.g. BIR conferences, ALU fair in Dusseldorf
