(www.scc.ba)Main responsibilities: Meet and negotiate with potential retailers or tenants to secure the deals and submit offers.Maximizing the tenant mix: relocating and replacing existing/new tenants.Assessment of tenant concepts and monitoring the tenant fit out process. Arrange temporary lease in common areas.Maintain data base for prospects and maintain and update the mall potential clients list (Waiting List).Preparation and maintaining of all necessary documents for contracts, amendments, lease summaries, cover sheets and offers.Meet the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arrange a solution to their problems.Assist in preparing of annual budget for leasing.Preparing shopping mall's rent collection, occupancy rate, progress and turnover reports.
