Asset Management at Copenhagen Airport (CPH)Current focus: Pavements and Ventilation SystemsI am currently working as an Asset Manager at Copenhagen Airport, where I focus on ensuring the reliability, economy, and sustainability of critical infrastructure. My current focus areas are pavements and ventilation systems. My role involves balancing and implement technical expertise with strategic planning to maintain and improve the airport.Main responsibilities:- Development and implementation of Asset Management Plans to ensure optimal performance and lifecycle management.- Financial planning and budgeting for infrastructure maintenance and upgrades (TOTEX)- Long-term planning for pavements and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational needs which is shown in ex. a 10Y plan - Performance optimization to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while maintaining high reliability and efficiency including risk management (PowerBi reports)- Collaboration with stakeholders to align maintenance and investment strategies with airport operations and future demands.
