Role and Responsibilities: -Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters-Building and maintaining existing customer relationships-Develop business with new and existing clients-Deliver a wide range of satellite services both land based and offshore -Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed-Respond to RFQs and tenders Achievements:-Contract to supply 150+ Explorer 325 BGANs to large mining company for autonomous trains -20+ Sailor 900 VSAT installations to large global OSV company -Offshore energy project, supply of BGANs, $1m+ revenue generated (5 months campaign)-100+ Thuraya terminals supplied to comms partner for remote vehicles -Supply VSAT services to large Iron ore mining company
