As a Wagner College CS graduate with a 3.75 GPA, I have a strong foundation in computer science concepts and a passion for learning new technologies and skills. I have completed multiple certifications, such as Google IT Support Specialization and Cybersecurity Foundations, to enhance my knowledge and prepare for my career goals in information technology and cybersecurity.I have also gained two years of hands-on experience as an IT Help Desk Assistant at Wagner College, where I provided technical support and customer service to users via phone, email, and walk-in. I advanced from Tier 1 to Tier 2, demonstrating my problem-solving skills, communication skills, and technical knowledge. I also assisted with installing and troubleshooting multimedia equipment, such as projectors and speakers, for classroom use.
