• Following specification and calculations to create various technical shop drawing.• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.• Communication with the Project Manager, Architect and Engineers and incorporating knowledge gained into drawing.• Preparing, review and redrafting alongside the Architects and Engineering team.• Submit the final design with the approved specifications of technical shop drawings.• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.• Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) reports, analysis and other documents.• Documenting any changes in design.

• Review, Approval and Implementation of Shop Drawings.• Evaluation and verification of accomplishment of Contractor.• Reconciliation with the Contractors for billings as per accomplishments.• Coordination meeting with the Designer for the approval of sample material.• Construction Coordination Meeting with the General Contractor and Other Trades (MEPF's) to avoid any further issues.• Site walkthrough with Contractors cooperation.• Daily site monitoring, supervision and inspection.• Provide daily accomplishment report based on actual site condition.• Provide weekly accomplishment report for Project Technical Group meeting.• Quality Control and Quality Assurance (Punchlisting and Documentation).• Handover to the Owner/Client.
