Aassign to be the CM Manager for Kwonnie. Scope as a CM Manager, covers all the work related to CM, & of the product the CM is manufacturing. I had also successfully, setup a new manufacturing line for EZ360 in GrandPro Vietnam, lead functional team & CM to MP EZ360 on schedule.Capacity:1.Robotic new product development and Product upgrading and new product launch transition2.Project Kick off, CBOM, TRA, sample plan, Tooling T0, FOT, software validation, LOA material release, EBOM, fixture& equipment, IQC fixture, EB, DQTP, PP, MP.3.Capacity of Factory (Line & Tooling), All the lines' capacity. All the SKU that the lines can produce.4.Monitor and maintain factory’s capacity. 5.Mitigation for capacity shortfall (Short & Long Term)6.Drive capacity add – Kickoff to MPQuality:1.Resolve robotic design technical issue, increasing robustness by VAVE & Optimization.2.Engineer DR(Deviation) release for minor quality issue.3.DQTP JIRA issue after verification improvement and optimization.4.Incoming material quality (Quality team and CM is responsible, but we need to check and understanding the details, actual work is done by them)5.Quality (Quality, Yield)

1. Manage NPI project and it's corresponding build plans in each stage from PT, DVT, EVT, to PVT.2. Coordinate cross-functional team to execute sample build in each stage and verify build results, including performance/yield/process/...etc. Review all document, like FAI, CPK, DFX, DOE, OK2X, FACA, MIL and REL, and provide them for customer counterpart to approve, successfully leading the project into next stage.3. plot and manage ramping plan; coordinate all activities to pass line qualification and smoothly hand over to manufacture team for mass production.

Skills:1. Mechanical Engineering education background2. 6 years extensive experience in mold and plastic, supplier and customer issues and Products engineering industry3. Professional knowledge in plastic and mold, stamping mold, electrical components, power supply/charger. Automation and control4. Have rich experience to communicate with famous international suppliers for further improvement, such as Apple, Fitbit, Incase, Amazon, Emerson, SONY, Samsung, LG, Cisco, Salcomp, etc5. Deeply understanding of QA/SQA functions and has strong negotiation ability6. Professional knowledge in ISO9001(2000),ISO140017. GP program (Green partner program by Sony, which is much strict than RoHS requirement)8. Pro/E Authentication certificates9. Professional knowledge with Injection Molding Machine set up10. Excellent presentation skill and management ability11.
