• Duties / Responsibilities:
• Preparing Forecast to help Project Manager to increase the manpower and equipment to meet the deadline of the project.
• Preparing documents for the extension of the project (Delay Analysis)
• Preparing all type of form for individual category to make automation updating all Materials submittals, Drawing, RFI and Construction work from Excel to Primavera P6
• Present Weekly report using different information to make it understand easy way what is real happen on the project.
• Preparing Dashboard to the Client and Consultant. With different sheet like “Planned to start but not started, Complete Activities, Started but not yet finish, Total Float Analysis, Schedule Variance by cost etc.

• Present guidelines to the Project Manager for implementing and completing the project on time, within budget and in accordance with technical performance requirements.
