I had worked in the service line for more than a decade. When I was 13 years old, I have already started working in my uncle's restaurant in Malaysia, hence, I had a very well understanding of customer needs and want by observing through body language and wording. this helps me to anticipate customers' requests to deliver professional service to customers. Throughout my working career experience in Hotel as Guest Service Agent to Restaurant Manager, I am totally enjoying interact with different countries and people around the world. Connecting with people makes expanding my networking in life, this also helps to increase my knowledge and ability to produce more value for my following customer by understanding different personalities. I am a very passionate and positive person, everything that happened in my life no matter big or small, I always treat it as the course of learning to grow in life. Because I understand that if you want to be a better you than yesterday, you have to go through difficulties to learn and grow. That's why I always keep optimistic to face various problems in life just to keep my mindset correct in order to overcome it. Also, during my period of working in Singapore, I was awarded the Excellent Service Award (EXSA), Star Grade, by Singapore Service Association. This was my honor to receive such a high standard confirm by the association. Lastly, I hope we have the opportunity to connect with each other to expand more network to grow friendship and knowledge.
