•Responsible for SPECTRO & SCP instrument after sales service and technical managementof Taiwan.• Main Product line: • X-ray Fluorescence • ICP-OES • Microwave Digestion System• Diagnose and resolve instrument fault conditions and/or measurement issues during distressbreakdown situations on customer site.• Coordination original colleague to get information for fixing instrument.• Advise on instrument siting, including necessary electrical/exhaust installations, electricalsafety and environmental conditions.• Advise on safe product handling during installation and/or decommissioning.• Execute preventive maintenance & calibration according to customer requirement.• Assemble, disassemble, pack or move, customer equipment to SPECTRO specification andcustomer satisfaction.• Creating sales leads from customer to help company business increasing.• Customer relationship management and maintenance.• Control and estimate the number of stock parts.

•Responsible for Mettler-Toledo instrument after sales service and technical management ofTaiwan.• Main Product line: • Laboratory Weighting : Analytical, Precision & Ultra Micro Balance. Powder & Liquid Dosing. Moisture Analyzers. Mass Comparators. • Industrial Scales And Load Cell System : Bench, Portable & Floor Scales. • Analytical Instruments : Thermal Analysis. Titrators. pH, conductivity, ion concentration, ORP and dissolved oxygen measurements.• Advise on instrument siting, including necessary electrical/exhaust installations, electricalsafety and environmental conditions.• Install and commission instruments on customer site to specification in line with relevantdocumentation (for example IQ/OQ/PQ) and customer contract, paying particular attentionto any additional acceptance requirements.• Provide operator operation & routine instrument maintenance training during installation inline with the customer contract, or at any other time as dictated by customer order.• Diagnose and resolve instrument fault conditions and/or measurement issues during distressbreakdown situations on customer site.• Carry-out preventive maintenance and calibration visits on customer site in line withcontractual requirements.• Provide customer and technical support for the local market. Customer contact as requiredto underpin day to day working requirements.• Provide on-site and internal training for local colleagues and/or new starters as appropriate• Responsible for the maintenance contract document and making SOP of maintenanceprocess.• Communicate technical and commercial issues using the relevant documentation (forexample Warranty Parts Claim Form) as appropriate to resolve local customer issues and/orprovide feedback on design or quality issue.

•Build, develop and grow any business relationships with hospital & college Dr’s vital to thesuccess of the account and company.• Identifying and manage the needs and requirement of each customers to meet their reserchgoals.• As a channel of communication with the company’s internal department ex. Logisticdepartment, back office, finance department. etc.• Helping sales department reach and exceed yearend goals.• Checking for hospital & college tender status, and preparing the required tender documents,• Assigning responsibilities of preparing and delivering demonstrations staff.• Maintain good relationship with existing customers
