- Manage daily operations of finance such as manage petty cash, invoice billing to customers and AR collection, as well as preparation on payment vouchers to suppliers. - Maintain the financial records including compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare general and subsidiary ledger.- Lead monthly physical count on inventories (raw material, sparepart, work-in-process, and finished goods.- Check weekly report of Meal and Transport Allowance- Check weekly report of transport charges- Ensure that weekly and monthly report submitted to Head Office timely (Aging Accounts Receivable, Outstanding Surat Jalan, Report on WIP, Finished Goods, Sales, Purchases, Sales & Purchases Returns, Meterai, Production Performance Report, Waste, Ink etc.)- Deal with Tax Officer and External Auditor.
