Overall lead and support Wind Global FVC (full value chain) decision system. The target is to re-engineer the current process, the accuracy of sales opportunity increase to 80%.4. Setup the IT Digital Support model based on Service now, with 7*24 call center, new SLA etc.

Like visual processing for Airbag video check, voice processing for Brake test, NLP for customer requirement analysis, data auto upload and analysis for test car etc.3.
