Familiar with supplier selection, certification and audit process. Analyze yield data across supply chains and identify key points that can be managed.2.Responsible for Rugged Latitude’s whole manufacture process, which is included Die-casting, CNC, Polishing, Coating, Painting and Assembling. My Job is making the 3.Advance Quality Plan(AQP) for all the process. And also help team member to on-site check the quality issues. 4.To make a good AQP means you should get to know every detail in the process and also determine the key process parameters. Sometime, finding out the potential risk of one process is much valuable than only noting down what you have seen. And these parameters will determine which quality are the most important thing to find out the root cause.4.In this situation, Die-casting is the key process in my supplier and the yield rates are not good when I come at the first time. After analysis the whole process, I find that the yield rates of polishing station is lower than the average rate. And also the supplier do the polishing by labor. After the automation process is input in the polishing process. The overall yield rate has increase 10% and that’s make us cheered.
