I spearheaded the underwriting of over 60 hectares of raw land for suburban community development projects, expanding the company's portfolio and market presence. I also led the formulation of business and development plans for a groundbreaking 45-hectare mixed-use CBD, and engineered a competitive bid for a 20-megawatt hybrid power plant project, demonstrating my ability to create value for the company and its stakeholders.
