Designed and implemented Human Resource strategies and programs to drive OneSpan’s security and e-signature business forward. Established the Human Resources function in North America and helped grow OneSpan’s North American team from 50 to 300 employees over the course of 10 years. Partnered with management in all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, talent management, engagement, retention, learning and development, compensation, benefits and employee relations. Led Human Resources integration efforts of OneSpan and its acquired companies in US and Canada. Shaped the organization’s culture to support attainment of company goals and to promote employee satisfaction.• Provided performance management guidance to line management including coaching, career development and disciplinary actions. Worked with line management to identify training and development needs for business units and individual coaching needs.• Managed recruiting process in North America. Sourced and recruited candidates for selected positions, including but not limited to Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Support, Marketing, IT, Finance and Administration roles.• Managed benefits programs. Implemented new benefit offerings such as new vision plan, wellness program, employee assistance program and gym and transportation reimbursement benefit. Designed and implemented new employee recognition programs such as milestone anniversary and peer recognition programs.• Designed and implemented new hire onboarding process that resulted in higher levels of new hire engagement, satisfaction and productivity.• Benchmarked employee compensation annually to ensure market competitiveness of compensation practices.• Partnered with Sales Management to develop competitive compensation plans to align with company’s business strategy.• Managed an HR and Recruiting team of 8 in US and Canada.

Partnered with management in Pathfinder’s 27 international offices on several areas of Human Resources including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting and organizational development. Managed the global HR Department in absence of HR Director.
