As a hospitality student at Les Roches Marbella, I am pursuing a BBA degree in Hospitality Administration and Management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. In 2023, I completed a six-month internship as a receptionist at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, a five-star luxury resort in Spain. During this time, I handled reservations, check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. I also gained experience as a receptionist at Hotel Lycium, a four-star hotel in Hungary, where I performed similar duties and became proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.I am proud to serve as an ambassador of Les Roches and contribute to the Student Government Association (SGA) as a graphic designer. Currently, I am working part-time at DONNA Weddings, where I organize and oversee weddings, ensuring each event runs smoothly.I am fluent in English and Hungarian, and I am currently studying Spanish. From September 2024, I will begin a new internship as a Special Events Intern at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, which is a dream opportunity for me to contribute to their renowned legacy.
