• Lead and mentor lower level Manufacturing Engineers and Interns to ensure continuous support to manufacturing floor, Estimating, Project Management, Purchasing, CNC Programming, and QA/QC department. • Oversee and provide comprehensive support to Agile Data Management and Oracle. Guide and support Doc Control by validating specs, work instructions, CAD files, drawings, set up sheets, BOMs, OMS. • Support Project Management department by creating detailed step by step Oracle traveler/router for each components and assemblies. Created piece part drawing and mechanical assembly drawing to support Engineering and CNC programmer. • Identifies customer specifications, and designs required fixture and or jig to manufacturing• Performed SPC analysis using Spatial analyzer to monitor and maintained customer’s required tolerance• Maintained and monitor fixture/tooling log and preventive maintenance schedule• Created/updated ISO documented company procedures related to manufacturing processes • Trained Lean Six Sigma, performed 5S audit and assist Engineering Manager in other related function.
