I have set up the procurement management functionI created:- A comprehensive supply plan for the 340 raw material running references – Purchasing volume: $9M / year- A unique tool allowing end of month inventory for consignment stock invoicing concerning AHG french and marocan sites I initiated:- Regular meeting with multidisciplinary teams  release of 100% of the blocked references in production, in 6 months. - Routines with strategic suppliers strategic reference shortages decreased by 80% in 6 monthsRealized savings in 2019: €420k Expected savings in 2020: €1.2M I realized an internal audit and put forward the shortening of the expense validation process. I set up the Purchasing & procurement manager function after a company reorganization.I managed:- A team of 2 people - The whole purchasing management, from sourcing up to price and delivery negotiation, contractualisation and KPI follow up- Raw material, commodities  Buy to Fly ratio increased by 20% on composite and by 30% on titanium- Subcontractor qualification - Strategic subcontracting purchasing – In 2019 I accomplished a RFQ for sourcing of machining / surface treatment / paint subcontractors (1rst purchasing perimeter of the company) for a budget of $3.2M  savings of 12% the 1rst year, savings of 30% the 2nd year.- I was responsible for procurement securing for all the purchasing families.- Facility management: site maintenance, telesurveillance, site cleaning, PPE cleaning I put in place a global supply plan for strategic purchasing and regular visits at strategic suppliers. I implemented supplier performance indicators  OTD increasing from 5 to 90% regarding the subcontractor N°1 of the companyDigitalization project: I was key user regarding the migration to ERP Sage 3 (specifications - tests – training – procedure writing). Migration successful in less than 1 year.

I managed €3.5M purchasing, I purchased locally and abroad, mainly from Asie, US, Germany and Italy for 5 production sites (3 sites i France, 2 sites in Tunisie).Here are projects I’ve managed under others:- I sourced / replaced the whole range of components containing phthalats by phthalate-free components according to REACH directive  100% of the blocked references in production were released.- I optimized and reduced the panel of Asie components for a better supply-chain efficiency : reduction between 30% and 40% of the panel according to the purchasing family (Asie, Italy)- I optimized the panel of medical drapes allowing a new sourcing and we selected an italian subcontractor who made the drapes tailored to need and folded them with an automatic machine : savings of 20% obtained on the first year- I sourced in Germany and France new film and paper combinations for packaging on new thermoforming and thermosealing machines (1rst purchasing family of Hemodia) : saving of 15% during the first year.I negotiated regularly prices for Asie components (savings from 8% to 12%) I obtained savings of 20% on the transport subcontracting by boat, during the last year by anticipating the boat reservation more than 1 month before I implemented :Security stock optimization for all of the sites and partsSupply plan for US and Asie importations OTD of 95% confirmedSubcontracting of a whole range of finished kits in Asie  OTD of 92% confirmed after 1 yearI obtained a dedicated team to our products at our supplier’s in Asie + security stock in Asie--> delivery time reduced by 2 weeksSubcontracting of a whole range of semi-finished kits in the US  OTD of 95% confirmed after 6 monthsI was key user regarding the ERP migration to Movex M3 (specifications - tests – training – procedure writing)
