Substitute Teacher:Fulfill both short- and long-term substitute assignments across all subject areas, effectively teaching students of varied academic/age levels (grades K-12) and diverse cultural backgrounds. Instruct classes of as many as 32 students; communicate with teachers, administrators and parents; and build a positive rapport with students.Speech Substitute Teacher:Fulfill short-term speech substitute assignments implementing research-based intervention techniques, differentiated instructional strategies, and assistive technology to meet students' needs and learning styles. Maintain accurate speech-language student records and service capture/therapy logs with relevant data to document student progress.

● Provide treatment services for the school-aged population in individual and group setting amongst children with a variety of communication disorders including developmental language delays, Cerebral Palsy, written language and reading comprehension difficulties, language processing difficulties, and attention concerns.● Collaborate with colleagues to support generalization ● Compile/maintain records and files on students work created to fit their specific needs in order to include in (Individual Educational Plans) IEPs and progress reports.
