She is responsible for developing and managing client relationships with her Korean friends in the apparel, beauty, golf course, real estate, and restaurant industries, as well as providing total solutions in investment management planning and charitable giving.Prior to becoming a limited partner, Her have worked in private equity in Shanghai, China, where she held various positions including responsibility for the group's financial investment strategy, including private equity and client development strategies for the firm's high net worth portfolio.Her passions include promoting the interests of Asian Americans, supporting women entrepreneurs, advocating for equal educational opportunities, and connecting the arts community with the business community. She is the China Committee Chair and Global Board Member of Caden TNC (The Nature Conservancy), an Associate Board Member of the Los Angeles Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Advisory Board of Women of Vision. She is also active in the NGO, a non-profit organization that aims to build the right environment for survival by guiding life assistance and medical aid for underprivileged children around the world.
