Oversee clinical and business operations for multi-specialty dental practices. Collaborate with ownership to write and implement uniform policies and procedures for all offices. Present treatment to patients and develop affordable sequence of treatment to maximize dental benefits and in a manner financially acceptable to patients. Review and authorize supply orders, meet with vendors to reduce overheard cost while maintaining highest standard of quality and care. Screen and evaluate potential employees through "working interview" processes. Provide a the highest level of customer service and chairside manner to ease the anxiety of visiting the dentist. Coordinate surgical procedures with Surgeons and Anesthesiologists for patients requiring full-mouth reconstruction and pediatric patients.

Responsible for verification, and billing of medical and dental insurances. Work with Endodontists, Oral Surgeons, Prosthodontist, Periodontist and Pediatric Dentist to ensure maximum productivity in scheduling.
