Innovation Fund is a fund of 35 Million EUR, created at the initiative of Innovation Circle and chaired by Mr. François Cornelis. The vehicle finances innovative start-ups and SME’s of the chemical & life sciences. So far, the Fund has made 39 investments and sold 6 participations. I am in charge of its corporate governance and of the management of 10 participations. I represent Innovation Fund in the boards of AllerInvest, PurVer, Spentys, Axinesis, VOCSens and Livedrop.

Innovation Circle is an association grouping 13 former CEO’s and academics, who benevolently support innovative projects in chemistry and life sciences. An initiative of Mr. François Cornelis, the Circle is hosted by Essenscia, the Belgian association for the chemistry and life sciences industries. My role is to manage the organization and to do the sourcing and following up of the circle’s projects (95 so far)

Established in 2017 at the impetus of Recytyre, the management company for end-of-life tyres in Belgium, in association with the King Baudouin Foundation, the Green.er fund aims at diversifying of the outlets for the secondary raw materials derived from the recycling of used tyres in Belgium. I manage the fund jointly with Recytyre’s CEO, Chris Lorquet.

BiR&D is an association of 25 multinationals with major activities and R&D in Belgium. The mission of BiR&D is to stimulate the attractiveness and the effectiveness of industrial R&D in Belgium leveraging collaborative innovation against a background of international R&D competition.

I've helped l'Atelier de l'Avenir to define the commercial and marketing strategy of their new product CIMEDE: Construction Industrielle de Maisons Evolutives, Durables et Economiques.

I supported sales people in finding new market opportunities in Belgium.

For 3 years, I managed my own company (1 employee and myself). We helped small associations in their early development : Plateforme Maison Passive, Cluster CAP 2020, Women on Board.

In charge of a team of up to 5 persons, I was responsible for external and internal communication. Strongly involved in public relations and in commercial activities, I developed a fantastic network of relations in the industrial and the political Belgian world.
