I am a former OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker), I have been doing customer service for more than 10yrs now, my job was a restaurant manager in a Fine dining Japanese restaurant in Singapore, I was employed in the same company for 10yrs, I started as a Captain/Supervisor and eventually I was promoted as a Restaurant Manager. My task is basically to manage to full operation of the Restaurant specifically in the service. I specialize in helping customer to decided which course or menu are better for them weather it is for business lunch meeting or a formal dinner. I also able to speak/understand a little Japanese with the help of my Boss and Chief who are Japanese, to communicate well with them and mostly for our customer who are 80% Japanese. I see to it that they will have a enjoyable dine in experience, not only because of how delicious of food we serve but how we do our service. Just recently, I decided to join the company Manulife as a Licensed Insurance Agent as a part time.My task here is to Sell and Manage Insurance policies on behalf of Insurance Company, Customize Insurance Plan suitable for client and Helps client settle any claims on their Insurance policy. Before I decided to leave for Singapore, I am a Outbound Account Executive in The Baron Travel Corporation, I handles Tour package, Airline tickets, Train tickets, visa processing, Golf tour, Globus&Cosmos Package Internationally. I was employed here for 2years.
