My organization and research skills, customer service, and work experience as a Team player.I have work in the Banking Business for 32 years (4 years with HomeStreet Bank - SFL Operation/Processing Department, 9 years with Bank of America Homes Loans - Case Management and Reverse Mortgage Division, 5 years with Credit Union, and 9 years of Commercial Banking experience and was a member with the Northwest Fraud Investigators Association) and have been responsible for addressing issues and concerns with a diverse group of people in the business. My experience abilities allow me to assess and implement procedures with efficiency to achieve productive results. In my current field of work I am able to meet guidelines and deadlines to achieve a smooth transition to achieve my responsibilities at work. My work entails working with other departments to complete the loan process and I feel that this experience and success enables me to do a thorough and complete job in coordinating events.I have excellent people skills and I'm committed to working with others as a team. I have the ability to accurately assess the project and proceed with enthusiasm and dedication. I'm able to use my subjective decisions to bring teamwork with my department or other departments, while imposing order and structure in my work. I take great pride in my work and ownership on anything I do. I'm trustworthy and hard working. I enjoyed participating in events that are educating and assisting/helping others.My office and customer service experience has been diverse and entailed monitoring of accounts, procedures, processing, and policies. I foster a safe atmosphere with those that I work with and I'm sensitive to people's differences and individuality.I truly believe in education and a continual desire to increase knowledge.
