14+ year experience in managing projects in Israel and an overall 34+ year international experience; committed and focused to both short and long term goals and in adding value to teams and organizations. Proven success in devising, managing, coordinating and implementing plans and projects, and using creativity to generate opportunities and to plan accordingly. My experience and studies in organizational theories, creativity and intelligence directed me to the area of innovation and to SIT’s systematic method. Applying this systematic approach to organizational, team and individual challenges brings results: solutions, innovative ideas and an overall resilience and competitiveness. All the learning and experiences are intertwined with a lifelong practice of sports. This has added discipline, humbleness and determination. I am a medium and long distance runner and sport enthusiast whose daily early morning running (for a weekly average of 120 kms. or so) combines pacing through the zone, discoveries and resilience. For many years before, I practiced martial arts and brought many of its spirit to running and, now, crossfit training. Training continually challenges and brings lessons for life and work. It has taught me persistence, discipline respect and also constantly “reinventing” the process. In many ways, serious training and innovation parallel each other, requiring a systematic approach that generates strength, competitiveness and sustainability.
