With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have a track record of expanding the reach and impact of nonprofit, education, and youth development programs while meeting ambitious goals and stakeholder expectations. In today’s economies, nonprofits need to prioritize:✔ Enhancing program capacity and quality.✔ Streamlining compliance while navigating complex regulatory requirements.✔ Augmenting funding while ensuring optimal fund allocation. To tackle these critical priorities, I employ my extensive nonprofit management experience to:✔ Develop, scale, and restructure programs for maximum impact.✔ Foster networks with decision-makers across nonprofits, philanthropic foundations, and government agencies.✔ Formulate comprehensive long-term strategies complete with measurable goals and milestones.✔ Cultivate high-performing leadership teams and workforces. Here are some key results I’ve achieved through these strategies:✔ Met and exceeded all 15 goals and annual milestones at the Campagna Center.✔ Secured millions in annually renewing federal funding at the Campagna Center.✔ Grew zero-violation health and safety inspections from 60% to 90% for the Campagna Kids program.✔ Satisfied key stakeholders in the education space by building robust program evaluation capabilities at ICF.As a proactive leader, I guide nonprofit organizations toward success by fostering an outcomes-focused culture that prioritizes continuous improvement. By closely analyzing program metrics and collaboratively addressing operational challenges with leadership teams, I ensure sustained success. If you seek a visionary strategist adept at crafting, scaling and optimizing top-tier nonprofit programs, I welcome the opportunity to connect. Strategic Consultant - Nonprofit Program Development, Expansion, And OptimizationFreelance Sep 2023 - PresentI employ a multidisciplinary approach to lead strategic planning, needs assessments and program restructuring for nonprofits, education systems, and social programs, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence. Currently, I serve as a state co-director for a Regional Comprehensive Center, providing customized capacity-building services to State and Local Education Agencies to identify, implement, and sustain evidence-based programs to improve educator and student outcomes. Prior engagements over the past nine months offered the opportunity to leverage expertise in evaluation, creating/executing programming for local communities and connecting constituents to resources to sustain and improve quality of life. Examples include a cross-agency needs assessment for the Maternal Child Health Bureau to inform the creation of a research-to-practice coordinating center to inform public health policies and practice impacting 60 million individuals; and supporting an annual summit for the City of Baltimore Mayor’s Office of Older Adult Affairs and Advocacy engaging ~750 attendees, by creating the agenda, coordinating and developing content for panel discussions and organizing a resource fair convening over 50 organizations.
