In the R&D group and Process Integration Team, as Project Manager : I developped Embedded NVM Memories with CMOS base line Technologies, associated to different options (RF, HV, LDMOS on SOI...). I managed each stage of the process of qualification necessary for the introduction of the new products until the Pre Authorization for Full Production.- Organization, planning, reporting the actions of qualification of the new products- Customer relationship to supply documentations at each milestone of qualification (process flow, characterization of the items of critical design, process KC/CTI, PFMEA, control plan, defect inspection, CP/CPk on process & electrical critical parameters, consolidation of the loops of rework, qualified tool set in the first run of production...) to French, American & German customers- Development of the integration of the processes by module according to the requirements- Guarantee of the physical & electrical requirements of the shipped products - Definition of the Continuous Improvement Plans (schedules, costs, risks & performances)- Leader of the working groups on the critical subjects (reliability, yield, defect)- Cooperation with the data preparation, process, device, production & quality experts -> PMP training.

In the Defect Density Reduction Team, as Defect Expert : I created a methodology of improvement of the ROI of the defect control processes of the CMOS, FLASH, EEPROM technologies based on 250 to 180 nm nodes. This methodology was based on Defect Kill Ratio Data Analysis and Yield Management System.- Sharing of the profits with the Customers, during quality board reviews, to validate the Defect Continuous Improvement Plans.- Training of the operators, the technicians and the engineers in the defectivity.

In the Defect Density Reduction Team : I was in charge of the implementation of a Automatic Defect Classification SEM methodology, based on pattern recognition, in order to identify main process deviations responsible of a yield loss for CMOS, BICMOS, EEPROM, FLASH technologies from 350 to 90 nm nodes. - Leader of a defect reduction team to ramp-up the yield, to reduce the costs of each technology (TQM) and participation to several task forces- Evaluation of the new generations of tool of detection and visualization of the defects at the suppliers (KLA-TENCOR, Applied Materials, FEI, Hitachi) located in the USA, Japan and Germany- Technology watch (ADC-SEM, FIB, AUGER, XPS, VPD-ICPMS)- Active participations in colloquiums : MIMEA 2003, CREMSI 2004, ARCSIS 2006/2007/2008/2009-> 8D, FMEA, Cp/Cpk, KAIZEN (5S, PDCA, TQM, Lean 6Sigma...) trainings.

In the Plasma Etch Team : I handled the start of DRAM technologies based on 350 to 250 nm nodes, in ACL & AMF production lines (setup and reliability of plasma etch processes). -> DOE, SPC trainings- Solution implementations for cycle time & cost reductions (process optimizations, second sourcing)-> 2 patents filed & granted (specific new methods of forming buried straps and insulating spacers)- Organization of several conferences and a session of courses on plasma etching- Active participations in colloquiums : P2ID 1999, ESPID 1999
