As the Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Food Safety at Sobeys, I lead workstreams and act as a subject matter expert in the interpretation and implementation of regulations associated with food labels. With over 16 years of experience in the retail industry, I have a strong background in food safety, food regulatory affairs, and food and beverage.
