Responsible for all aspects of projects from the prequalification stage right through to the completion of the project. My duties include: Preparation of prequalifications, contract set up, submittals, invoicing, processing of all contract changes, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing and final close out.

Responsible for the construction division and all aspects of project administration. Duties included: preparing quotes, work orders, scheduling of trades, contract management, preparation of prequalifications, billing, job costing and preparation of close out documents for submittals to owners and engineers.

Responsible for all aspects of the office. Duties included: preparing quotations, processing of work orders, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable, billings, government reporting, preparation of financial statements, scheduling of employees and reporting to the owners.
