Sinds 1 juni 2023 ben ik ondernemer in 'aandagt'! Een nieuw collectief van zeven gastvrijheidsontwikkelaars. Onze missie is de wereld gastvrijer maken. Wij willen het vuur voor mensgerichte gastvrijheid aanwakkeren op drie niveaus: naar de gast (klant, cliënt, patiënt en bewoner}, binnen een organisatie en voor jezelf. Wij ontwikkelen ‘op maat’ organisatiebrede ontwikkelprogramma’s, inspiratiesessies, lezingen op congressen, leiderschaps- en teamtrainingen, workshops en leergangen gastvrijheidsinnovatie. We begeleiden en coachen management en medewerkers met plezier naar de volgende stap in gastvrije dienstverlening. Voorheen deden we dit als Hospitality Consultants onder de vlag van de Hotel Management School Maastricht. Met ruim 15 jaar ervaring slaan we nu onze vleugels uit om de volgende stap te maken. Als Management Trainer was het primaire doel: het leren en ontwikkelen in de organisatie te faciliteren binnen een positief leerklimaat en te zorgen voor Continuous Improvement voor alle leidinggevenden binnen de organisatie. Ik zie mezelf als een expert op het gebied van leren & ontwikkelen van managers, leidinggevenden. Met name integreren van de coachende leiderschapsstijl binnen het bedrijf. Vanuit Training Needs Analysis heb ik leerdoelen opgesteld en gerichte opleidingsinterventies bedacht, vorm gegeven en gefaciliteerd. Daarnaast heb ik een team van classroom trainers gecoördineerd. Subjects: vision development, project planning, team management, general management and leadership skills, change management, performance management, report writing, amongst others. Since 2006 one on one coaching. For executive managers of companies like: Wild Frontiers, Fiduga, Mildmay and INGO's: Warchild, Care Uganda, Kidogo. Between 2012 and today delivered 8 times various entrepreneurial skill trainings for ZOA Uganda. Training subjects: goal setting, business plan development, self awareness, assertiveness, book keeping, product development, marketing, customer care etc.Between 2007 and 2012 delivered various customer care trainings for: Air Uganda, Brussels Airlines, SDV Transami, Pan Dental Surgery in Uganda. Covering subjects: dealing with demanding customers, assertiveness and in communication skills, hospitality management etc.Since 2005 teambuilding training experience for organsations like: GTZ-PEVOT, IICD, VSO, UGACOF, HORIZONT3000, Brussels Airlines, Wild Frontiers, IITA, SDV Transami, Rwacof, Bucafe. Various teambuilding topics: stages of teams, team roles, team performance, team communication, performance based feedback etc.

Mountbatten Ltd.Since 2005 I was managing Director of Mountbatten Ltd. responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Managed Multiple IT Projects.Building content management systems for Unicef, amongst other clients, was our core service. And over the years we grew to a team of 26 employees, software developers. Growing and maintaining a healthy business & creating local job opportunities and developing young IT professionals was our passion!

Eye4Africa, offers internship in several professional fields for various High Schools and University students in the Netherlands who want to gain work experience abroad. Professionals provide support to maximize a process of learning on the job and on cultural awareness. Since 2012 I, annually coach several students from The Netherlands. This includes individual coaching and group coaching (intervisie begeleiding) of HBO and University students working in Uganda.

I deliver a 5 day coaching course since 2010, 3 times a year for managers and future coaches accredited by ILM and ConsultEast a UK based coaching training institute. Besides this course delivered various coaching courses for ZOA and CCF for their management team.
