I am a diabetes educator and nutritionist. I believe that these are both very crucial and complementary fields that are underutilised in improving livelihoods and public health, and consequently, in the improvement of economic productivity to foster development as well. Remedying that is my passion.I'm also a blogger, peer educator, business woman and mentor. I am always looking for new ways to better myself through reading and acquiring new skills and I endeavor to share what I learn with others. I'm most importantly, a result oriented team player who builds others up.
