I was raised in Las Vegas and worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Working in the industry taught me an invaluable skill, and that is connecting with folks and communicating effectively. I got so good at this, that I learned to anticipate the needs of my clients to provide excellent experiences and create lasting partnerships. As I moved on from the hospitality industry and stepped into my first tech job, I used my learned skills to connect with my clients, learn their problem areas and show them where our product could help their bottom line. I’ve come a long way from my first tech job, but my goal remains the same, to connect with folks in a meaningful way and to offer my help. I love breaking down difficult topics into bite sized pieces to make them digestible to my clients. I have a passion for teaching and creating. I can observe each individual’s unique learning style and tailor the way I implement each product. My job requires communicating effectively to ensure that each client feels empowered to conquer with their new knowledge. I am also learning various design programs to expand my creative side. Those include, Figma, Adobe XD and Illustrator. I am in a constant state of learning because I know that the least amount of growth comes from the comfort zone.
