This strategic move unlocked the potential to entice a substantial influx of up to 10,000 new clients in this market.- I directed Estafeta's warehouse pickups resulting in client retention rates and substantial reductions in collection times.- I directed the initial stage of the Islandwide strategic initiative, implementing driver-focus shipping application and logistics backend solutions. This move culminated in the comprehensive full adoption of the OutSystems Platform, resulting in a substantial reduction in labor hours while significantly improving delivery times. As a Technical Leader (Delivery Manager): - I took charge of the development of 1 year-long project in the health industry for a Manufacturing Execution solution, resulting in the outcomes of continuous operational efficiencies, decreased errors, and minimized downtimes.
