IT professional with over 20years of IT experience in different roles. From different positions in IT, including Leadership role in System Development, Project Management, System Integration and Implementation, Process improvement lead in different Business initiatives, Appication owner, I built over time strong relationship with different Leader of different funtions and demonstrate my ability to analyse deficiencies of current processes and help the Business to endorse and implement common/best practices in their key processes. I have many years of experience in key leadership role in integration/implementation of Systems to support the Business needs. I have been part of many System Integration through acquisition in the last 10+ years. In my previous role, I played a key leadership role in the roll out of the SAP implementation in the Order to cash area across the company. Playing a key role in System Integration to ensure smooth transition and change management in order to make sure that we support the Busness Functions to maintain business goals while achieving major transformation in the Business, on both Process and System perspective. Help the Business to review, adopt best practices and change their business processes in order to endorse standard processes. Adopt Corporate standards application and drive the implementations on those into our Business. Key IT liaiSon between Business, IT Corporate and all service providers.For all Business initiatives, been working closely with the key business drivers to understand their business requirements and help them defining/searching and implementing which tool is required to meet their needs.Playing a liaison role between IT technical and the business in order to support the business leaders achieving their business goals.
