As the Manager of Group On-boarding at RBC Insurance, I lead a team of professionals who provide exceptional service and support to new group insurance clients. We ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding process, from contract signing to policy delivery, while building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and partners.I have over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked as a National Team Lead and a Senior New Client Representative at RBC Insurance before becoming a Manager. In these roles, I demonstrated my skills in financial services, customer service, banking, and investments, as well as my ability to manage complex and diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université de Montréal, where I gained a solid foundation in economic theory, analysis, and policy. I also completed a certification in Personal Finance Essentials from McGill University, which enhanced my knowledge and skills in financial planning, budgeting, and investing. I am passionate about helping individuals and groups achieve their financial goals and protect their assets through insurance solutions.
