At Benugo, I was able to demonstrate excellent customer service as well as working closely as part of a larger team. I had to be adaptable in where I was working, as well as being able to work independently for large periods of time. I was able to go on many training course during with the company, including health and safety, finance and management courses to name but a few. I also qualified as a barista, as well as helping to develop the cafe's hospitality reputation within the site I worked at, which involved a high level of professionalism as well as training new members of staff.
