CurrentProcess Coop claims & contracts timely & accurately; Work all returns on hold for both US and Canada, Quarantine Returns, and ARLO Tracking log daily; Work Claims on Hold reports weekly for both US & Canada; maintain Distribution Client claims logs, submit all same claims for approval and credit (963 for 2013); Complete yearly Escheat program, Claims review of all claims between $250.00 & $4999.99 for Management approval and credit processing. (US = 4,728; Canada = 1,591 for 2013). Provide backup coverage for all credit card transaction processing for CFS department. Review and process all transactions requiring movement from Sub-Rights to A/R when payments are applied as unidentified to get to the correct account in A/R. Record and save Oracle Daily Transaction Reports for both US and Canada (3078 total). Tracking and logging all Warehouse Management System claims less than $5,000.00 since going live with system change 07/25/2013. (US 452 & CA 129). Maintain and distribute the Returned Mail log. Sort & Distribute mail from the general mail bin.
