BPAY is Australia's leading bill payment system which connects people to businesses. BPAY operates as a membership scheme and is offered by over 150 financial institutions and accepted by over 60,000 businesses.As the Lead Product Manager for BPAY, I report into BPAY Group's Head of Product and am responsible for the ownership and implementation of BPAY's product roadmap. I lead a small team and together we execute the product strategy through management of our Continuous Delivery tribe and collaboration with member representatives as well as key internal stakeholders across Legal, Business Development, Scheme Governance, Marketing, Technology and Support. BPAY Group is proud of our Developer Portal with six APIs currently on offer. I am accountable for the delivery of BPAY's next wave of APIs that will seek to modernise integrations for legacy interactions and enrich the value proposition for end customers and businesses.

Part of the product team at BPAY Group that brought Osko to life, Australia's first real-time account to account payments product.Key achievements include leading Osko's 2019 Strategy Day which brought together representatives from key financial institutions offering Osko to develop our 12 month roadmap and being awarded a 6 month secondment to Lead Product Manager for BPAY Payments. I was also selected to as part of a small team to develop BPAY Group's 5 year corporate strategy which continues to provide clarity and aligned vision within the organisation.

Part of the product team at BPAY Group that brought Osko to life, Australia's first real-time account to account payments product. Key achievements include leading our Osko operational readiness initiative, representing BPAY at industry working groups, product owner for our front-end platform and back-end system. I was also selected as part of a small team to partner with BCG Digital Ventures under a 100 day innovation sprint to ideate, research and pitch new start up opportunities to diversify and grow BPAY Group's offerings.

The Post Trade Services team provides connectivity with external clients via Autobahn for efficient post trade operations. I worked with teams from multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, loans) to form and support their eCommerce solutions that leveraged Autobahn to cut costs as well as improve client offering. We are involved in all aspects of the delivery lifecycle as well as post-delivery support including promoting client adoption and subsequent enhancements.My key achievement within this team was was acting as the BA and Product Manager on the successful launch of a core 'app', Click to Confirm. Click to Confirm provides operational clients a secure and convenient way to review and confirm derivative transactions.
