Despite many obstacles together with the legal team the solution was found ending said alliance satisfactorily, and without penalties for both parties.• I negotiated a Partnership with Cinépolis Salas Jr in 2019 seeking to support Licenses, generate Cartoon Network exposure and give an experience to the audience in the cinema during the intermission period. The brand's spot in Mexico and LATAM exceeded the exposure commitment by +222%, obtaining a mean value equivalent to 958.15 thousand USD, exceeding development investment by 4632% and impacting 1.2 million people.• I developed the Digital Campaign at the end of 2019 to increase the proportion of girls who tune in to Cartoon Network, support the programming strategy and comply with a minimum of 80% VCR. At the end of the campaign, the audience for girls grew 5.5pp, the leadership in Ratings was maintained and the average VCR for girls was 87%.• I renewed the Partnership with Cinépolis Salas Jr for 2020, increasing the Spot's minimum exposure commitment to 12 weeks (+33%) per country with windows of opportunity for the rest of the year. A new piece was developed including key characters in accordance with Cartoon Network objectives - applicable in 2021• I returned to Mexico the Cartoon Network Race under a different business model that allows obtaining income to the commercial areas of Licenses and Adsales with a minimum investment in Marketing. - applicable in 2021

It required little investment and was considered "best practice" among the participants.• I coordinated on time in full all the necessary market research studies to support the launch of NIVEA CUIDADO, including the Workshop that was carried out to adjust the strategy. Results: Deep understanding of the Target Public, Strengths and Weaknesses of the new product and category, ATL Campaign with the Main Messages and a Robust Launch Strategy.• I led the NIVEA Brand Health Study and Workshop for Colombia that allowed the brand to gain a deep understanding of the situation of NIVEA in its country and develop an action plan to support and improve its perception.
