I worked as a lead product designer at a tech startup. Our software is an all-in-one solution for both merchants and consumers that operates across platforms on web, IOS and Android. While I worked closely with the engineering team, my unit built features to enhance product performance for SMB and enterprise clients. A few of my projects include: Merchant products: scheduling, POS, membership, inventory management, self sign up, CRM, franchise account management, discount settings and business analysis reports. I ran my accessories business on ebay starting in 2011. Blulerry’s main product was a mobile accessory anti dust plug. An anti dust plug is not just an accessory, it decorates your device, and it also helps keep dust away from your devices’ headphone jack port. In 2012, I achieved TRS (Top-rated seller) on eBay. One year later, I expanded my business on Etsy and started my own online store.
