Worked in 3 different Business Units as Customer Service Supervisor responsible for- CSR career development- customer service processes and follow up- SAP implemenation while managing the day to day operations- CRM applications linked to customer service- supply chain, warehousing, inventory management and forecastingWith my coaching and mentoring experience in customer service I was asked to be a co-trainer in multiple HR training and performance management sessions, this allowed us to link business cases to the HR processes.

Next to my role of supervisor I was responsible for the Quality Certification under the ISO9001:2000 focussing on customer service processes, such as inbound, transit, outbound and inventory + the supporting functions like HR, Supply Chain, Six Sigma. In my role as Quality Representative I was responsible for -the customer service training plan as well as the effectiveness of the training-customer process description and procedure -internal audit of core processes + supporting processes-management review

Started my customer service carreer as representative for inbound, outbound and transit processes, after which I expanded my responsibilities to forecasting, inventory management, financial reporting and complaint handling as well as data management.
