Ever since I’ve learned the importance of overcoming difficulties with the right mindset in order to find creative solutions.I use this approach in my current role, adept at guiding clients through product onboarding and optimizing their experience. I launched our first Fieldwire webinar programme in Italy!Thanks to the webinar I had the opportunity to craft from scratch dynamic and informative events where our customers are the voice of these virtual moments. I have also won an innovative award for it!Additionally, my previous experience as an account manager in the Grow Graduate programme in Hilti helped me overcome and improve balancing multiple responsibilities, understand diverse client needs, navigate complex relationships and meet sales targets.Finally, my experiences abroad have strengthened my core competencies in cross-cultural communication, international business and marketing; the ability to value someone else’s perspective, the importance of diversity and inclusion and my interests in social development and innovation.
