Temporary assignment, providing generalist support, to Houghton International, Inc., Valley Forge, PA, a specialty chemical manufacturer, serving primarily the metalworking, automotive, and steel industries.

In partnership with Assistant Superintendent and Business Administrator, responsible for day-to-day administration of Human Resources, for an urban public school district, with approximately 500 employees (union and non-union), serving a student population of about 3,200. In addition to providing recruiting/staffing, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and related generalist support, drove expanded utilization and functionality of HR systems.

Six-month contract assignment, with Accellent, Inc., Collegeville, PA, a fully integrated provider of design, supply chain management and strategic sourcing services to the medical device industry. Provided HR management and generalist support to manufacturing site employing 375+ employees.

Led upgrade, development and management of HR function during and following corporate consolidation bringing nine regional (multi-state) offices under a single corporate umbrella, for privately owned, 200+ employee, provider of payroll and business services. Led update and reimplementation of HRIS.

Established management consulting firm's HR infrastructure. Developed and implemented process for staffing consulting teams comprised of regular and contract personnel, supporting projects in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device industries, etc. Sourced and implemented ATS and HRIS. Provided full range of generalist support including staffing, benefits, employee relations, and program development.

Recruited candidates for domestic technical and non-technical positions, for leading global producer of silicate, zeolite, and other performance materials, employing 1,200+ employees (union and non-union). Developed, implemented and administered corporate staffing and relocation programs, including related policies and procedures. Managed administration of temporary staffing, unemployment compensation, and EEO functions.
