FY Summer2023 Learn & Earn Program : In July and August, I’m excited to mentor rising high school juniors and seniors in Boston taking college-level courses in entrepreneurship while earning money. I’m delighted to support and encourage them toward advancing their skills and achieving their academic goals.

I led 1:1 career coaching through Pine Street Inn's IMPACT Employment Services to individuals who have faced complex challenges with their transitional housing arrangement. I provided personalized career counseling to clients throughout the term of their participation in the program. Through a grant funded by the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, I instructed visually impaired adults interning at MA Eye and Ear Infirmary on advancing their professional marketing skills. I coached them with job applications, during interviews and with interview follow-up. Project SEARCH is an integrated career exploration, internship and training program for people with visual impairments that builds job skills that lead to gainful employment in the community.The goal of my Project SEARCH team was to help our interns secure challenging, rewarding full-time jobs by the end of the internship.
