Profile bio

About Edith Quiroz

I am a visionary and strategic leader with a passion for empowering nonprofit organizations to implement mission, achieve organizational effectiveness, advance leadership and make a meaningful impact in the lives of their teams and communities. I started my career in the non-profit sector over 20 years ago, and also held leadership roles in government organizations. My cultural background and deep roots in the Latine community guide my work, and my philosophy. I believe that systemic change is possible and the key to advancing justice and equity. I previously served as the Executive Director of El Programa Hispano Catolico (EPHC) one of Oregon's largest and oldest serving nonprofit organization serving more than 30,000 people annually with services in Housing Supportive Services, Education, Community Wellness and the state's largest cultural specific program of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault prevention and intervention. Over the last decade I've supported my consulting clients with executive search, interim executive directorships, strategic planning, board development, board and leadership retreat planning and facilitation, board development and DEI. I'm also a proud mom of three beautiful teens. They are my greatest joy and inspiration. We value spending quality time together, going to the library, going on bike rides, cooking for friends and family and being of service to our community.
