At Tilaa, I work as the brand and design lead, closely collaborating with the marketing team, Leadership team and other departments. I started by establishing the complete rebranding and brand identity. We are working on 360-degree branding and communication campaigns, develop ideas to concepts and deliverables for all channels and platforms, and I oversee all brand and design related projects to make sure it's all consistent and on brand.Next to that, I was also the go-to person for everything that needed to be developed internal like: onboarding materials, office branding, merchandise, presentation templates, and event materials for all our fun office activities (I was part of the "fun department" and helped with both planning and organizing).Some of my responsibilities include: brand guardian, art direction role, generating and presenting concepts, setting up awareness and activation campaigns, optimizing the website's UX/UI and order flow, buyer persona research, creating digital content for all platforms, organizing and activating events, employer branding, and collaborating with external specialists such as photographers and videographers.

I have always worked as a freelance graphic designer next to my employment. This was not a fulltime job, but a couple of times per year I will work on corporate branding projects, digital content, illustrations, wedding stationery and baby announcement cards. Being a freelancer allows me to broaden my skillset as a designer, experiment with innovative ideas and creative approaches, and it helps me develop essential business skills, such as client communication, project management, and negotiation.

I am responsible for all online performance creatives for Nespresso and ICI PARIS XL NL. I create and develop concepts, creative strategies, customer journeys, storyboards, roadmaps, and I function as an art director.

August 2018: Partially working as a project manager for ICI PARIS XL. I am responsible for all (online) national branding campaigns. I have direct contact with the brand manager of ICI PARIS XL.March 2017: After two months as a trainee in the Creative Talent Program, I was hired as a media designer. I work in online advertising, including social media visuals, banners, and rich media content, as well as complete campaign websites.I have also worked for other major clients within Greenhouse, such as Eneco, Kruidvat, Unilever, ING, MediaMarkt, Stage Entertainment, and Volvo.

Hier was ik werkzaam als graphic designer in zowel het design team als het marketing team.Samen met de social specialist ontwikkelde ik nieuwe social media content, product design, in store displays. Daarnaast organiseerden wij fotoshoots en beheerde en ontwierp ik de website.

I was responsible for the social media content and promotional material for companies like Charlotte Tilbury, Veselka, COX+CO, Dangene and Diptique.
