-Supervise a team of 60-70 interviewers collecting data research through the multistep telephone interview process to ensure productivity and consistency with project goals and deadlines-Oversee all phases of large scale mailing projects for up to 50,000 respondents which includes: preparation of the sample, printing letters and envelopes, assembling mailing, and tracking questionnaire returns-Communicate with faculty principle investigators and project managers any data updates and recommend, develop, and update methods used to collect data-Schedule hours, maintain current schedules, assign daily work tasks, and monitor attendance

-Exercise bilingual skills daily by conducting and translating interviews in both English and Spanish to increase the number of survey responses-Train Spanish interviewers on basic and specialized projects to ensure streamlined interview processes -Contact approximately 30-60 citizens daily in order to obtain data for research projects for different organizations to help improve the organization’s services and industry understanding-Monitor 6-10 interviewers to ensure proficiency and 100% validation for each research project -Enter initial data into the tracking system and double check verification from paper surveys to control data error and facilitate data cleaning-Assist research center in completing office tasks and mailing activities in support of daily operations
